Your club: Content Creators

• Table setup 3:40 PM in NAMP. Table cloths + signs/easels provided; other items on you.
• Mitchell needs a short paragraph: what Content Creators accomplished this year + member list, to read off at introductions.
• Intro order (Content Creators first): Content Creators → Robotics → Coding → 6th Band → Art → Lit Mag → 7th/8th Band → Chorus.
• Food: Walsh has Publix subs + chips for faculty staying, chicken nuggets for students, after 4:15 in NAMP.
• Conflict: NAMP also holds massage therapist 6th period (Teacher Appreciation Week). Costanzo said Krek moved to outdoor classroom, space for you there too.

Two 8th grade trips on the radar

Trip 1: DC Adventure (Mr A's, not school-sponsored)

• Estimated dates: June 1–5, 2026 (first week of June, awaiting confirmed itinerary).
• Organizer: Craig Ambrosio, Dept Head of History. Uses cambrosio14@yahoo.com for trip comms, cambrosio@sfschools.net for school business. Meetings off-campus, money collected by Craig directly, school brand deliberately detached.
• Your 5th year chaperoning. Chaperone thread: Camey McGuire, Amy Peyton, Darrien Mask, AJ Jones, you.
• Recent emails pulled from breezy@gmail replies: 4/15 packing list, 4/19 trip update (6 wks out, no Pentagon tour confirm), 4/20 Red Robin chaperone buffet (you ordered grilled chicken regular bun w/ cheese).
• Gap: most DC trip threads go to mark@thebarnetts.info, not breezy. I only see what you reply from breezy. Setting up a second Gmail MCP hook is on the build schedule.

Trip 2: Chattanooga (school-sponsored, overnight)

• Date TBD. Zero hits on breezy@gmail for the last 30 days.
• Likely on mbarnett@sfschools.net or mark@thebarnetts.info — unreachable from my current MCP setup.

Oracle — honest state

I said this morning Oracle is "alive on Apex" based on stale memory. Deep-checked this afternoon. It's not close to working. Every port is listening, but the stack is in a crash loop:

• Hubcap (:8002): 3,892 port-bind failures in the last 2 MB of log. ZERO TRIGGER DETECTED. ZERO transcript processing. Something else holds the port; Hubcap can never actually receive.
• Oracle (:8000): 1,003 watchdog-kill cycles in the last 1 MB. Oracle kills the prior :8000 on startup, binds, gets killed by the next respawn, cycles forever.
• Apex Relay (:9292): same bind-fail pattern.
• OMI webhook: omi_webhook.log mtime is March 18 — that endpoint hasn't received anything in 5 weeks. Traffic moved to the "native webhook" route, which hits Hubcap, which is crash-looping.

Why you never get replies

The chain dies at Hubcap. OMI posts → Hubcap can't bind :8002 → no transcript processed → no trigger fires → Oracle has nothing to action → no reply. Everything downstream is healthy; the bottleneck is port contention at the front door.

Fix plan (queued for tonight or tomorrow)

1. Stop ag_supervisor.py and any scheduled-task launchers respawning spokes.
2. Find what's holding :8002 / :9292 — likely a zombie Python from a prior run. Kill it.
3. Start supervisor once, clean.
4. Watch hubcap_output.log for successful bind.
5. Fire a test payload at /api/omi/stream with "I don't know — what year was the Battle of Hastings?" and confirm TRIGGER DETECTED + Oracle reply.

Multi-hour fix. Touches things that also affect Bidet and other Apex services, so doing it carefully, not blind-restart.

• DC trip full itinerary — dates confirmed, hotel, bus schedule, assigned student group, chaperone responsibilities per day.
• Chattanooga trip — date + what role you're chaperoning.
• Content Creators paragraph — what the club did this year + member names. I can draft from whatever you record; you'd review.
