What to do with this list
Two paths to actually execute:
A. Conservative. ARCHIVE-DEEP all 105. KEEP the 6 + 9 pinned. Don't delete anything yet — Cloudflare staging dir keeps everything; just regenerate the index to surface fewer entries in the archive list. Reversible with one wrangler deploy.
B. Aggressive. Delete the 28 high-confidence DELETEs (byte-identical dupes, empty digests, stale upcoming-* snapshots, status one-shots from a rebuild week that's done). ARCHIVE the rest. Saves 28 entries from the archive list permanently.
